NEW YORK -- A slice of bacon a day may harm a man's fertility.

Researchers found men who consumed a half a portion of processed meat a day tend to have fewer normal shaped sperm cells than those who ate less.

Eating white fish had the opposite effect.

Red meat is thought to contain high levels of pesticides and other substances that may interfere with hormones.

White fish is rich in zinc, which is believed to boost fertility.
