Is Coffee Good For Your Eyes?

-
Drinking coffee could help your eye-sight down the road.

According to researchers at Cornell University, coffee has a strong anti-oxidant that may protect the retinas.

They treated mice with that anti-oxidant and the mice did not develop retinal damage.

Diabetes, glaucoma and even just aging can all cause deterioration of your retinas.

Experts say more studies on the effects of coffee on your vision are needed.
