AMARILLO -- For the fifth consecutive year, Amigos is hosting its semi-annual health, as part of its commitment to help guests make healthy living a part of their everyday lives.
All activities are open to the public and free of charge Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m..
Pharmacy members and dietitians will be on hand to provide guests with blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose screenings, body mass index (BMI) calculations and healthy weight education.
In addition, cancer center representatives will conduct skin cancer screenings and provide education about sun health.
Every guest who completes the screenings is entered into a drawing for an outdoor grill, which will be given away at each Amigos location.
