DUMAS -- A Dumas pharmacist's license is revoked.

The Texas State Pharmacy Board revoked Sunny Ray Johnson's license this week.

Johnson's license was temporarily suspended in February.

The board says he sold prescription drugs to an undercover investigator with the board.

Officials say while on suspension, Johnson continued to fill prescriptions and continued to work under his wife's pharmacy license.

His wife, Carol Johnson's license is now temporarily suspended.

The pharmacy, The Pill Box, also can't be used as a pharmacy as long as he owns it.
