DUMAS -- There's even more legal action in the case of a Dumas pharmacist fined earlier this week.

77-year-old S. Ray Johnson filed a federal lawsuit last week against the State Pharmacy Board and its executive director.

Johnson claims the board members' actions against him caused irreparable damage to his business.

Johnson is asking for a court order barring officials for fining him.

Last month, he was fined $15,000 after investigators say Johnson sold drugs to undercover officers.
