Complication From Meth Preliminary Cause of Death in Police Chase Death

AMARILLO -- Officials release new information on a man's death while in police custody after a chase.

Preliminary autopsy results show 36-year-old Jeremiah Farris died from complications from meth ingestion.

Farris was arrested after several police chases, early Wednesday morning.

Police later found and arrested him around Grand and Amarillo Boulevard, that's when he later died in custody.
