The festivities continue for Caprock High School, fifty years after opening their doors.

This year marks 50 years of education for Caprock ISD.

Alumni hosted a party which included a car show for all, and a best fajita contest.

Alumni say it was a great opportunity to support the next generations of Longhorns, while looking back on classes through the years.

Caprock High School Principal David Bishop says, Caprock High school principle says, "on the committee we had someone from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, all the way up through the 2000s, so we could represent every generation that moved through Caprock High School. "

The car show and fajita contest were followed by an alumni mixer.
