California Man Pleads Guilty to Federal Drug Charges

AMARILLO -- A California man is guilty of drug possession and intent to distribute.

34-year-old Miguel Medina-Campos pleaded guilty to those charges in federal court today.

According to court documents, back in March more than 42-pounds of drugs were seized from Medina-Campos' car during a traffic stop in Carson County.

He faces up to 40-years in prison and a $5-million fine.
