If you have an HP laptop, you might want to check your charging cord.
HP is recalling six million power cords because they can overheat and catch fire.
The recall affects cords sold between September 2010 and June 2012 for HP and Compaq notebooks, as well as certain docking stations.
HP has received nearly 30 reported cases, two involved burns and there were 13 claims of property damage.
HP has provided an online tool for customers to determine if their cord is recalled.
