Bell Helicopter Strikes Deal with Israel

AMARILLO --      Bell helicopter has a new contract with Israel for their V-22 B aircraft.
    Yesterday, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified the contractor of the deal for parts, training and logistical support.
    The $1.13 billion deal still needs congressional approval, though.
    Legislators have 15 days to disapprove the deal
