Amarillo Man Pleads Guilty to Killing Cyclist

AMARILLO --      An Amarillo man pleads guilty to criminally negligent homicide, after he kills a cyclist.
    Brent Browning, 21 will spend 30 days in jail, and then spend one day in jail on the anniversary of the cyclist's death each year for five years.
    He is also not allowed any contact with the family.
    Browning crossed into oncoming traffic on Dowell road back in June of 2012 and killed cyclist Jeff Tankersly.
