Amarillo Man Arrested on Several Charges in Lufkin

LUFKIN -- An Amarillo man is behind bars in the Polk County jail after police say he rammed a car with two kids and their mother inside.
According to court documents obtained by CNN affiliate KTRE in Lufkin, 28-year old Justin Owens is facing three counts of child endangerment because a third child was riding in his car when the incident allegedly happened.
Police say that while trying to get away from his child's mother, Owens rammed the car and reached speeds of 90-miles an hour.
