Alive and Aware Resource and Health Fair

AMARILLO - In recognition of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, the City of Amarillo’s Public Health department’s HIV Prevention team is hosting a resource and health fair on Saturday, Feb. 10 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Charles E. Warford Activity Center, 1330 N.W. 18th Ave.

Public Health is partnering with the Amarillo College Nursing Department, Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Nursing, West Texas A&M University Nursing department, and Haven Health to bring this free and open event to the public. 

Free screenings for HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis C testing along with blood pressure, blood sugar, and pulmonary function checks will be available.
