Accused Bank Robber Gets Court Date

AMARILLO --  A trial date has been set for the second man arrested for robbing an Amarillo bank back in may.
    Russell Heath, 44, will be back in court November 4th.
    Heath was indicted for robbing the First Bank Southwest on 34th and two bank robberies in Lubbock with Gabriel Tenorio.
    Tenorio plead guilty earlier this month for his involvement in those robberies.
    Heath was arrested last month in California.
