A New Cold War?

(NBC News) With his troops in Crimea, Russian President Vladimir Putin enjoyed the Sochi Paralympics Friday.
In Moscow, thousands demonstrated support for Ukraine's southern province seceding, chanting "Crimea is Russia".
Meanwhile, President Obama's move to try to punish Putin by freezing the assets of wealthy Russians who back the Crimea takeover is getting support in Washington from frequent Obama critic John McCain.
"I think that these sanction can really have a serious affect," McCain says.
