A Cross Country Mission

A marine on a cross country mission of awareness, made a stop in Amarillo.

Joshua Lydell started in Charleston.

He's since walked 15 to 20 miles per day, raising funds and awareness for the Wounded Warrior Project.

The project is a nonprofit organization, on a mission to honor and empower wounded warriors.

Lydell's goal is to raise one million dollars $1 million.

His journey will end in San Franciso in a few months.
