500 Grams of Meth Discovered During Potter County Traffic Stop

POTTER COUNTY - Two people are arrested after allegedly attempting to transport meth to Oklahoma. 

Troopers stopped a car on I-40 in Potter County for a traffic violation around 11 a.m. on Thanksgiving.

DPS said that is when they asked the driver to get out of the vehicle and saw what they believed to be marijuana shavings on the floorboards. 

Officials conducted a search and allegedly discovered plastic bags of meth in the trunk.

They arrested both the driver and passenger for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of meth.
