Amarillo and Texas Jobless Rate Drops Again

AMARILLO -- Texas added 10,900 jobs in March, making it the 20th consecutive month of growth for the state. 
Amarillo Jobless rate dropped .1-percent from 4.9-percent to 4.8-percent. Compared to last year, Amarillo has dropped .4-percent from 5.3-percent
Midland had the lowest March unemployment rate in the state at 3.7-percent. Odessa came in second with 4.4-percent. 
The state's unemployment rate dropped to 7.0 percent.
